The Beginning
Who loves a vision constructed by himself more than truth cannot avoid hurting seriously both himself and the world around him. This is the reason why the wrong pride and separatistic thought have always been considered as the most destructive factors of all in the world views striving for development. So let us try to avoid these distorting elements of selfishness even while we are rising our own self and our own consideration in the creation of our world view to the key position belonging to it; even while we’re striving to build the “tower of Babel” as the most perfect intellectual and ethical construction possible - regardless of the cognition that something will be left unreachable by our own mind. Because the “war against heaven” will come to redeem itself if carried out for the right motives, and through the heaven stricken asunder we ourselves will grow into forms that can’t be imprisoned by a concrete mind.

The idea behind Lodge Daath is to provide support and aid for individual striving. The foundation for this work lies in understanding and love. This is an esoteric group that can offer something for individuals who find purpose in creative art, ritual practices, intellectual study and ethical work. In order to participate, there are no limitations or requirements for how the work can unfold for a member. The effort and focus can vary between individuals, and the fruits of work are equal to each ones own effort.
Lodge Daath is founded upon principles of Theistic Satanism, where the individual has both the freedom and requirement to find their own vision. The building of our own intellectual and ethical foundation demands proficiency in cultivation and creativity. Outer work is a symbol for this inner growth and Lodge Daath seeks to support this.
Daath is a balancing point between love and understanding. This means that Satanist’s work should not focus solely upon cultivation. The mistake of selfishness must be avoided. This is achieved through aspiring for love, which leads to creativity. The individual is encouraged to share their work, their findings, seeking common ground with others and learning to respect opposing views.
